Retirement of Pat Tierney from Reed Elsevier
Reed Elsevier today announced the retirement of Pat Tierney from the boards of Reed Elsevier with immediate effect. This follows completion of the sale of Reed Elsevier’s Harcourt Education division.
Pat Tierney has served as an executive director of Reed Elsevier PLC and Reed Elsevier Group plc and as an executive board member of Reed Elsevier NV since 2003, and was Chief Executive of Harcourt Education.
Sir Crispin Davis, Chief Executive Officer of Reed Elsevier, said:
