I initially joined LexisNexis Risk Solutions as a Product Manager for a 6 month placement as part of the Welsh Financial Services Graduate Programme. Prior to this I studied BA English Literature and Spanish at the University of Southampton.
After my 6 month placement at LexisNexis Risk Solutions finished, I was hired full-time into a role within the Customer Data Management (CDM) Product Team. Within CDM, our focus is on partnering with businesses across all verticals to create products that help better manage customer data, improve decision-making and drive efficiency.
Our products draw on LexisNexis Risk Solutions’ extensive data and analytical capabilities alongside our powerful proprietary linking technology to help create a single customer view that is continually updated.
As a Product Manager, I work extensively across all areas of the business from collaborating with the CDM development team to bring our product roadmap to life, to creating engaging go to market plans alongside our marketing team. We also work with our product colleagues in the US to ensure alignment and a cohesive customer strategy. Because our customers are at the heart of what we do, their feedback continually drives our product development and helps us to create innovative products that suit their needs.
While I learn something new every day in my role, during my time with LexisNexis Risk Solutions, I have also been able to complete my MSc in Financial Services Management.
