My team understands profoundly that exceptional outcomes can only be delivered successfully by working together with other functions and teams
I am the head of the Primary Law Content Editorial Operations for REPH in the Philippines. I joined REPH in 2013 to manage the training, quality and metrics support functions. Since then, my responsibility has expanded to manage content operations and more recently, lead the Iloilo City site of REPH.
In my role, I work with a remarkably talented editorial team composed of content acquisition specialists, data analysts, legal editors and analytics specialists. We are responsible for document collection, curation, enhancements, database management and data evaluation for analytics. The content we produce and create brings immense impact to customers’ legal research and their litigation strategy decisions.
My team understands profoundly that exceptional outcomes can only be delivered successfully by working together with other functions and teams. A highly collaborative environment is fostered within and beyond the department to encourage prolific sharing of ideas and agile experimentation. It is truly amazing to experience, first-hand, people collaborating and achieving our operational goals.
Leveraging technology and artificial intelligence has been at the forefront in our team so we can work smarter and produce the best output in more effective ways. It is an advantage that the team is comprised of early career and innovative individuals who are keen on improving processes with the use of technology and continuous improvement methodologies.
As I invest in my development and genuinely bring my career aspirations to fruition, I have immersed myself with the company culture and have engaged in various learning opportunities. The vast development opportunities in REPH have paved the way in discovering new skills as well as enhancing my abilities to the fullest, allowing me to have a healthier perspective in my field. Previously leading a team of trainers, I am an advocate of personal and professional growth so I would always encourage my team to take advantage of the training offerings and learning opportunities that we have within REPH.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing tennis and learning different languages, such as French and the local dialect in Iloilo which is Hiligaynon. Moving from Manila to the island city of Iloilo, I also enjoy exploring the local food scene by trying out the renowned delicacies and chomping on the freshest seafood you will ever find in the country.
