LexisNexis encourages a culture of creative freedom, and that has helped me to actively contribute to the goals of the business in my own way and push myself to constantly learn. I especially like the work environment at LexisNexis. It comes with a great work life balance, volunteer opportunities and a solid support system
My journey with LexisNexis began in 2016 at the Raleigh office Hackathon event which led to a summer internship opportunity as a software engineer in 2017.
Since then I have worked at LexisNexis in several different roles. I worked as an intern for a year while finishing my master’s degree at North Carolina State University. I joined LexisNexis after graduation as a full-time employee.
Currently, I’m part of the enrichment team where we are working on the migration of the enrichment services to the cloud. We have automated the entire deployment cycle using Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment. This entire effort demands the use of state-of-the-art technologies to replace legacy systems.
Innovation and learning opportunities always excite software engineers, which is the best part of being at LexisNexis. We always seek new, innovative solutions to improve our systems and business outcomes. Ever since I’ve been part of LexisNexis, it has been a continuous learning process for me, as I must come up with better solutions using the latest technologies.

Before joining LexisNexis, I worked for a few years at the Bank of America in India. My background experience has helped me to appreciate and understand the importance of diversity in a work place. Different viewpoints add much needed perspective and create stronger, more effective teams.
I enjoy playing sports as a hobby. I am an avid cricket player and have playing at various professional levels in India and as part of the North Carolina State Cricket team. In addition to cricket I enjoy playing badminton and table tennis.
